I recently spent a lunch hour with the preschoolers at the Washington Township Early Learning Center. Some of these kiddos are in the families we support through our Weekend Warriors grocery bag ministry. As I opened milk cartons, wiped up ketchup spurts, and held hands with four-year-olds while running with them on the playground, I was so proud to be part of a church that reaches beyond its walls so quickly and willingly.

Thank you for providing food that gets these kids through the weekend and stepping into the gap for these adorable children, especially as these families experience the current reduction in SNAP benefits.
