Our Strategy

We envision a community where everyone freely experiences and contributes to wholeness and flourishing. Through integrated Outreach and Justice work, we walk alongside neighbors with immediate needs, and amplify marginalized voices by advocating for systemic change. We offer hope through radical hospitality to all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or socioeconomic background.

Much of our work in the local community is integrated under the umbrella of Hub for Hope. Through Hub for Hope, community stakeholders come together to streamline access to resources, unite advocacy efforts towards systems change, and provide a place for neighbors to belong so that we are weaving a community fabric where every person has the opportunity for wholeness.

Our Strategy in Action

This Hub is a connection point where families can find access to the resources they need to build a flourishing life. Our goal is that every family who connects with us can be secure in their immediate needs so that they can focus efforts on moving towards wholeness.

Current resources we connect with:

This Hub provides thoughtful and enriching programs that equip students with skills, experiences, confidence, and networks that open new opportunities for a preferred future. Our goal is to work alongside our local school district to close the equity gap for educational outcomes, and to prepare students for success in college, trade programs, or living wage employment.

Current programs:

This Hub offers support to neighbors who are navigating a path towards stable and liveable housing. We meet with neighbors every week who are facing eviction and provide rent support during gaps in their income. Our goal is that no school-aged child will experience eviction or homelessness, and that all families have access to secure housing.

Current programs and partners:

This Hub is a launching pad for thought leaders and community advocates to address systems, policies, practices, and attitudes that prevent neighbors from accessing opportunities for a whole and flourishing life. Our goal is that through a united voice we become a megaphone for change, and that neighbors take an increasingly active role in co-creating a flourishing community.

Current groups and partners: Creation Care, Congregations United to Reduce Violence, Racial Justice committee, Indiana Remembrance Coalition, Tenant Advocacy Group, Bread for the World, Inter-faith Social Action Group, Multi-faith Alliance.
