Thank you for your interest in hosting a baby shower! We are so thankful for you and your group. Once we have a mom that we can match you with, you can expect to hear from Samantha to help connect you with mom and her case worker.

Responsibilities of a host:

1. Connect with expectant mom and her case worker to coordinate details, including:

• date, time, and location of shower (St. Luke's is an option, and we can reserve space if needed)
• number of guests she is inviting
• if she would like members of your group to stay and participate

2. Organize your group to provide the following items (based on mom's wishes):

• cake or cupcakes
• decorations (plates, napkins, balloons)
• larger gift ($100-$150 item like stroller, crib, pack-n-play)
• smaller gifts as you wish/are able (like an outfit, blanket, bottles, care kit)
• pick up diapers and gift basket from Hub for Hope

3. Deliver/set up/participate based on the mom's wishes
