Back to School Extravaganza

In Washington Township, over 40% of kids are registered for free and reduced lunch and struggle to get the supplies they need to start the school year strong.

That's why St. Luke's started Back to School Extravaganza and Adopt A Classroom where we provide over 4,200 students - that's every single elementary student who receives free or reduced lunch - with every item on their school supply list as well as school supply support throughout the academic year.  And this year, we will also extend our reach by adopting classrooms in Kenya via our outreach partner UMOJA. Our support will provide food, books, uniforms, and school supplies for Kenyan elementary students for the entire academic year. But we can't do this without you! We need every St. Luker to give at least $25 which supplies a student with everything they need to start the school year off. Each week, we'll track our generosity until we reach our goal of serving 4,200 students!

But that's not all! You and your family, friends, and small groups can sign up to join in on the fun and serve July 21-July 24. Sign up here or at the Connection Center outside Robertson Chapel.

Together we can ensure our kids have the best start to their school year possible! Thank you for building up the next generation and for living out our call to serve Gods people.

Please note: All volunteer spots have been filled.
