The annual Stations of the Cross will be available outside the building due to COVID-19 from Sunday, March 21 until Tuesday, April 6. This journey is traditionally found in Catholic churches and has been adapted to our St. Luke's audience as part of our Lenten experience. We visit the stations, beginning at the Welcome Station in the front of the church on 86th St, in remembrance of Jesus's final hours from his meeting with Pilot to being laid in the tomb. This year we have added Station XV, the Resurrection. Expect a scripture, a meditation, a prayer and a connection to a ministry or an organization that works to serve our often forgotten brothers and sisters. The entire journey will take about 45 minutes and is wheelchair accessible. The meditations are accessible through a QR code on your phone and a written version at each station.
