Crystal is passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and their families. She holds a bachelors degree in elementary education and special education, as well as a masters in applied behavior analysis with an emphasis in autism. Crystal taught in the public schools and worked in private ABA therapy before coming to ministry. She enjoys family time with her husband and two kids, outdoor adventures, triathlons, wholesome food, and a good cup of tea.
