Children’s Ministries

Children's Ministries at St. Luke's "seek to instill Christian values and to create 'faith memories' for children by promoting the spiritual growth of children and their families through religious education, fellowship and service."

Welcome!

Our hope is that you will find St. Luke's to be a positive, caring environment for children as they journey from infancy into their pre-adolescent years. Many hands and hearts create the atmosphere in our East Wing as we fulfill our purpose and mission.

"Faith memories" are those memories created with our families, community of faith, and friends that remind us of God's unconditional love. They can be built during infant baptism, child care, Sunday school, children's worships, fellowship events, and a multitude of other experiences and relationships. Our desire is that children will build an abundance of faith memories to carry them into adolescence and adulthood.

Safety First

Your child's safety is our concern too. Children 11 years of age and under are in the safest environment at St. Luke's by (1) being with their parent or an adult, and (2) being in a volunteer or paid staffed classroom or child care room. To facilitate our child safety program, families in the infant, toddler and beginner area have a pager system. Your cooperation in dropping off and picking up your children personally is appreciated by the teachers, staff and your children!
